The Ohio Naval Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting the Ohio Naval Militia, A.K.A. the Ohio Navy.

How can I support the Ohio Naval Foundation?

You can support the Ohio Naval Foundation (ONF)by making a SECURE donation through our dedicated donation page. The ONF is a 501(c)(3) entity. Therefore, your contributions are tax deductible and will fund programs that benefit the Sailors of the Ohio Naval Militia, with a focus on the newly enlisted Sailors.

What programs does the Foundation offer?

The Ohio Naval Foundation facilitates the training of Ohio Naval Militia Sailors in maritime skills, navigation, radio communications, boating safety, boat handling, maintenance, and boating support functions. Training that permits the ONM Sailors to support the U.S. military and the National Matches of the Civilian Marksmanship Program.

The officers of the Ohio Naval Foundation come from the ranks of the Ohio Navy Sailors.

Ohio Naval Foundation Bylaws, ARTICLE III, Membership

1. Elected Officers: The Ohio Naval Militia Foundation shall have the following Elected Officers: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Sergeant-at-Arms, and three (3) Trustees. Trustees will not participate as members of the Executive Board.

Ahoy! You can get involved with the Ohio Naval Foundation through your voluntary contributions. OR, better yet, consider enlisting in the Ohio Navy. We have Sailors who are residents of Ohio, Pennsylvania, and the contiguous states. We’ll welcome you aboard!

What is the mission of the Ohio Naval Foundation?

Our mission is to support the Sailors of the Ohio Naval Militia. The mission of the Sailors of the Ohio Navy is to serve the readiness training of the U.S.military for qualifying on the marksmanship ranges of Camp Perry Joint Training Center.
